Where do I send my request?

Your request is put into our system and processed as soon as you submit your information on our secure reservation form. You can also contact our Reservations office on 00356 21 577101 or by sending an e-mail to reservations@suncresthotel.com

Do I need to leave a deposit with my credit card?

Reserving a room online does require a credit card, but this does not mean that your card will automatically be charged the full amount. We just need to verify the authenticity of your card and the presence of available funds and charge a small amount as a deposit in order to reserve the room. You can choose your form of payment to pay the balance at the hotel.

What time can I check in and check out?

Check-in time is from 15.00hrs
Check-out time is before 12.00hrs

If you wish to retain your room until a later hour, please contact the Front Desk and will be granted upon availability at a minimal extra charge.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club cards. Payments will appear on your credit card statement under our holding company name: Seashells Resort at Suncrest.

Do you provide transfers from the airport?

Yes. If you require a transfer you can send an e-mail to our reservations department on reservations@suncresthotel.com with your flight details and we will confirm the cost and details by return e-mail.

What are the directions from the airport?

Follow signs to Gozo - drive towards St Julians and take the Salina Coast Road past Bahar ic-Caghaq. Keep following the coast until you see the Qawra sign.

Are there any beaches nearby?

Nearest Sandy beach is Ghajn Tuffieha beach(10 min by car). Other sandy beaches are in the next village of Mellieha which is only 10 minutes away by car. Buses go to Ghajn Tuffieha from Qawra and Bugibba

Are there any shops near the hotel?

All types of shopping is available in Qawra. Banks are also available in the area and an ATM is situated opposite the Hotel.

Animation

During school holidays a daily animation programme is put up by our animation team. For details see information notice in the Lobby.

Baby Cots
Cots are free of charge. Please contact our Guest Relations Personnel or the Front Desk.

Baby Sitting
This service can be arranged through our Guest Relations Personnel or Front Desk.

Banking Facilities
Banks are open from Monday to Saturday 08:30 – 12:00. The Hotel offers a 24-Hour foreign exchange service at the Front Desk.

Billiards
You can enjoy a game of Billiards in the Games Room. Children under the age of 12 cannot use the Billiard tables.

Bicycles
Bicycles can be hired from the Front Desk and may be stored at the Security Department situated at the back of the hotel.

Board Basis
For details on upgrades please contact the Front Desk. Special Packages and All Inclusive upgrades are available and can be arranged at the Front Desk.

Breakfast
A buffet style breakfast is served from 07.00 to 10.00hrs.

Car / Motorbike Rental
Please contact the Front Desk or Reservation personnel for arrangements. A valid license from country of origin is required. In Malta, driving is on the left hand side and this of course should not discourage you from hiring a car to see the various places of interest.

Chemist / Pharmacy
For prescription, medicine or more specific requirements, contact the Front Desk Personnel who will direct you to the nearest Pharmacy.

The Hotel offers a wide choice of spacious private function rooms and Conference facilities, flexibly designed so as to accommodate all sizes of groups, from the smallest to as many as 400 persons. Our Sales people will be more than pleased to meet you and discuss your requirements.

Dinner
Dinner is served in Buffet style in either Le Pavillon or It-Tokk or both depending upon Hotel Occupancy. Service period may vary too but normally they are from 18.00 to 21.30hrs. Information windows are place inside elevators and updated daily to give indication of venue and time of service. Please check which restaurant is serving dinner from the sign placed inside the elevators and in the lobby area, daily.

Diving Centre (Summer Only)
Qualified instructors can cater for both the professional and inexperienced. For enquiries please contact our diving school or the Front Desk and will direct you to the booking office.

Doctor
A doctor is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please contact the Front Desk should you require medical assistance.

Dry Cleaning and Laundry

Dry Cleaning / Laundry service is available from Monday to Friday.
Please hand in your Laundry before 09.00 hours and will be returned the following day at the normal rates.

Express Service
Items need to be received before 09.00 hours and will have a 50% additional charge on the listed price in order to be returned on the same day.

No responsibility can be accepted for fastness of colours or shrinkage.

Electrical Supplies
Voltage in guest rooms is 240V. In the bathroom, for electrical razors only, there are two sockets, one 220V and another 110V American and European Standards

Gratuities
You will find that in most hotels and restaurants, a service charge is included in the price. Waiters and taxi drivers expect a tip of approximately 10 to 15 percent of the bill. At the Suncrest Hotel, there is no service charge and gratuities are left to your discretion.
