How to join
Fill in the application form which is given to you upon arrival and hand it over to our Front desk personnel.

Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

Membership and/or Points are not transferable.

Membership is a privilege granted by the Suncrest Hotel and may be revoked or cancelled at any time. Fraudulent usage of the Suncrest Loyalty Frequency Card will result in loss of membership and revocation of all privileges.

The Suncrest reserves the right to alter or cancel this privilege programme at any time.

Presentation of ID card is required to replace lost, stolen or misused cards, or obtain any benefit offered under the privilege programme.

The Suncrest Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

The Loyalty Frequency Card has no expiry date.

Complimentary services are extended at the sole discretion of the Suncrest Hotel.

It is the Loyalty Frequency Card Holder’s responsibility to claim benefits arising from membership and verify the availability of all offers.

The Suncrest reserves the right to adjust any benefits resulting from malfunction, operator error and/or fraud. All decisions made by the Suncrest Hotel are final and binding.

Member’s use of the Loyalty Frequency Card indicates the acceptance of the foregoing rules.

Only Room Accommodation bills, which are paid directly to the Hotel by the Card Holder, are eligible for Points.

Loyalty Frequency Card Scheme is not applicable for Group bookings.

Points can be redeemed from Mondays to Fridays between 09:00hrs and 17:00hrs on presentation of the loyalty card holder’s Identification Card.

Fiscal Receipts are to be presented when redeeming points.

Loyalty Card redeemable points will not be deducted from total cost of stay.
